Hiking at Georgia State Parks

Hiking

With multiple trails in almost every park the hardest part of taking a hike might be deciding on the place to go. All kinds of scenic day hiking opportunities can be found in every corner of the state. But if you want to get lost in a little backcountry adventure we can make your decision a bit easier. The following parks offer the best opportunities for backcountry excursions: Amicalola Falls, Black Rock Mountain, Cloudland Canyon, F.D. Roosevelt, Fort Mountain, Providence Canyon, Unicoi and Vogel State Park.
